5E Magazine (https://5emagazine.com) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its contributors and users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws, we will respond to valid notices of copyright infringement and remove infringing content after review.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or an agent authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that content on our website infringes your copyright, please send a takedown request to info@5emagazine.com. To help us act quickly, your request should include:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are covered by a single notice);
  • Identification of the infringing material, including the specific URL(s) of each page on https://5emagazine.com where it appears;
  • Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address so we can contact you;
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf;
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

What Happens Next

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review the claim and, if it appears well-founded, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We may also notify the contributor who posted the material. If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice with the same information to the same email address, and we will review it accordingly.

Repeat Infringers

We may, at our discretion, terminate the accounts or contributions of repeat infringers.
